COVID-19 Update – Montague Vets
Until advised otherwise, we are open weekdays between 8:30am and 5:30pm, and on Saturdays from 8:30am until noon.
In line with current disease control guidelines, entry to the Hospital is limited to one client per appointment.
We ask that all clients make an appointment and arrive on time. Hand santisers are located outside the entrance and throughout the building. Please obey the signs posted at Reception. They are there to protect everyone.
For the health of our Staff and yourself, please do not approach the Staff or handle the pet while they are examining it unless they request your help.
Please note that appointment slots are limited so it is best to book a couple of days ahead where possible
For repeat prescriptions, please phone in advance to ensure we can have the medication in stock and ready for you. For over the counter items such as tick, flea, worming products, please wait at the door until a member of staff comes out to greet you.
If you are waiting outside, please maintain a distance of at least 1.5m between yourself, the staff, and other clients.
Until further notice, the out of hours service will end at 10pm each evening, and resume at 9am. Apologies for any inconvenience.
Please alert Staff if:
You have been overseas within the last 14 days
You’re experiencing symptoms such as a fever or cough
You are under an obligation to quarantine or self-isolate
We are working hard to ensure we can continue to provide veterinary care.
